Lamb Leg Steaks are a versatile cut that can be used in place of beef rump steak in many dishes. We started producing leg steaks because people are on the move more and don't feel like waiting for a roast to cook after a hard day's work. They also eek out a whole leg into several hot meals, so much more economical and satisfying than pigging out on Sunday followed by cold meat sandwiches all week.
